Can I delete users from our platform?

If someone has left your organisation and no longer requires an account, they can be removed from the platform by your Admin user.

1. Select User Management from the Administration Tools menu in the left-hand side bar.

2. Search for the user you wish to delete.

3. Click the Delete button in the Options panel.

4. Click OK, followed by Just Delete. The user is now permanently removed from your platform.
